The start of my home theater journey was pretty rough. I went to a couple of different thearer stores around town and was disappointed with the customer service that I received. Often times I was ignored and if I was acknowledged the information I received was minimal. That all changed when I went to Elite Sound and Cinima. From the first day that I walked through the door Rob, Steve, Jeff & the crew have treated me like royalty! I have been blown away by the knowledge that they have on electronics and their willingness to do one on one consults with me throughout each stage of the design and installation of my home theater. It dosen’t stop there. Although it’s been several months since the completion of my theater, I called today with questions and they were jsut as attentitive as the day I first walked through their door. Customer service even after the sale is complete, now that’s impressive!! My theater is awsome and all the guys in my neighborhood are jealous! Keep up the excellent work Elete! We asked Rob Smith from Elite Sound and Cinema to come to our home and assist us in choosing a home entertainment center that would best fulfill our requirements, based on other good recommendations from the community. He was able to give us multiple options and took the time to disseminate the information we needed to make an informed decision. Given the dynamic nature of the technology as well as the need to best match the technology with a given room’s unique environment, I felt it critical to have someone experienced to assist us with these options (as opposed to some kid at an electronics superstore trying to get a commission), and Mr. Smith certainly did not disappoint. Subsequently, the installation crew from Elite came to my home and installed my system efficiently and professionally, to include calibration and instruction regarding the use of the various components. This allowed me to enjoy my system immediately. Now I am the very happy owner of a 96” DLP projection system and a 54” LG DLP television that have far exceeded my expectations in every way. Once you watch Notre Dame football in HD on a 96” screen there is simply no going back! Overall my experience with Elite Sound and Cinema was outstanding. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone who seeks professional advice and professional installation of a home theater system or any size or complexity!

Elite Sound & Cinema installed a Fujitsu 42” Plasma Television, a Denon receiver, and an up-graded Dish Network system for High Definition reception in my home. This installation involved integrating this equipment along with existing equipment.

I am happy to report that the installation went almost flawlessly and without any major problem. I am extremely pleased with the results and can recommend Rob Smith and his installation expert, Alex Mercado. Their obvious expertise was outstanding and of great comfort over the course of the two day installation process. They were very accommodating and moved some of the replaced items to other locations in my home.

I would, unhesitatingly, recommend their organization to anyone.
