Toshiba
Toshiba America Inc. is among the largest electronic companies in the world. Toshiba Corporation, the Tokyo-based parent company, established American operations in 1965 and has been one of the nation’s leading group of high-technology companies ever since.
We love Toshiba products for several reasons: build-quality, reliability, performance and value. In addition, Toshiba is also one of the very few companies that have several local (Tulsa) service centers that will come to your home to repair your television in the event of a problem. Most companies that offer a parts and labor warranty don’t include shipping in their warranty, so the customer is responsible for these fees. Most people don’t save their TV’s box, so it’s not uncommon for someone to have to pay shipping and the cost of packaging the product to ship. This could cost a few hundred dollars, depending on the size of the product.
Toshiba holds their customers in high estate, so you won’t have to worry about these problems. That’s one of the reasons we partnered with them as a manufacturer.
Vidikron
Vidikron is one of the world’s leading manufactures of video products, and has always been one of two companies that videophiles admire. Runco International is the other. In the summer of 2002 Runco acquired Vidikron and Sam Runco now owns the two companies. Over the last several years, Sam and his team members have spent a lot of time and energy developing the two most credible lines in the industry. At the 2004 Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Vidikron took the Blue ribbon award for having one of the best pictures available. If you are looking for a product that has superior build-quality along with a picture that will blow your socks off but won’t blow your budget, then Vidikron is the solution.
