Audio

Denon Audio

From its beginning in 1910 as a manufacturer of single-side disc records and gramophones, Denon has become a world leader in the manufacture of high quality audio equipment, audio/video equipment and software products for the entertainment and information industries. Denon is also the only company in the industry involved in the development and production of both hardware and software. We believe that Denon equipment is a great value for the customer wanting to build a home theater and control his multi-room audio at the same time. Denon makes it possible to do this without spending a fortune on separate pieces of equipment for the home and the theater. Denon designs equipment for the person wanting to have just about every option under the sun. If there is new technology on the horizon, you can bet Denon will be among the first to have it.

Simaudio

Simaudio Ltd., a Canadian manufacturer of audio and audio/video equipment, has been in business over 20 years designing and building high quality electronics for home entertainment use. Simaudio focuses on providing customers with ultimate enjoyment from the use of their high-end home entertainment music and surround systems. To that end, Simaudio is committed to building the finest, best sounding, longest lasting and most aesthetically attractive equipment you can find for a given price. Simaudio develops the kinds of products you only see come around every 10 years or so. When we here at Elite Sound and Cinema first heard their products, our jaws dropped. They were so musical and accurate we just fell in love with them, not to mention that their products are just gorgeous. Most companies that develop similar products may do a few things great but we have never found a product we couldn’t find a flaw with, until now. If you are looking for the best, Simaudio is the answer. Simaudio’s motto explains why we think so highly of this company and their products:

“Our mission is to design, build and offer to everyone, high-performance entertainment products that will stand the test of time in all areas. They will be immune to trendy, market-driven features and short life-cycles, while utilizing environmentally-friendly manufacturing processes to help preserve our planet.”

ELAN Home Systems

Multi-room audio and whole-house control systems are becoming more and more popular among today’s homeowners. As our lifestyles become more hectic and stressful, we try to make our home-life as simplistic and enjoyable as possible.

Think about this: After a long hard day of work, you get home, sit down and turn on the television — but just as you start to relax, the doorbell rings. Wouldn’t you like to see who’s there without getting up? Or, you’re sitting in the Jacuzzi, and you’d like to listen to some music. Wouldn’t it be nice to turn it on without getting out of the tub? ELAN makes all this possible and much, much more.

Located in Lexington, Ky., ELAN Home Systems has designed innovative multi-room audio/video systems since 1989. ELAN has been coming on strong for years now, and has surprised all of its competitors. It has become one of the fastest-growing companies in the custom audio/video industry. Their products give us the ability to provide our clients with total multi-room audio/video capabilities. They also provide whole-house paging, security system control, HVAC and lighting control. ELAN products pack most of the same functionality as their competition, and cost about half as much. If you are trying to add simplicity to your life, then ELAN is the answer.

Focal.JMLab

Focal-JMLab started in 1980 in Saint Etienne, France, in a small workshop within a precision-engineering firm. The fledgling company had a workforce of just two people, including the current Chairman and CEO Jacques Mahul, a trained engineer and specialist in drive units. After more the 25 years in the industry JM Labs is now known for creating some of the most prestigious loudspeakers in the world. All of us here at Elite Sound and Cinema have come to love and trust Focal-JMLab products not only because they sound fantastic, but also because of the passion they put into each speaker they design. With speakers ranging from $370.00 to over $80,000.00, JM is sure to have you covered.

RBH Sound

Since 1976, RBH Sound has been designing, engineering and crafting high-performance loudspeaker systems, delivering superior acoustic reproduction at sensible prices. In our opinion RBH has some of the best service we have ever encountered. Their continued support and outstanding warranties (5 years parts and labor on cabinet-style speakers / 25 years on traditional in-wall products) allow us to give our clients first-class service. After all, it’s the service after the sale that counts — and with RBH, service is second to none. The company is based out of Layton, Utah, and has over 25 years of experience. RBH Sound has taken loudspeaker manufacturing to the next level with their line of freestanding and in-wall/in-ceiling speakers designed for custom installation. Their highly acclaimed Signature Series is available in over 30 uniquely different, high quality, genuine wood grain veneers, and was designed to both look and perform beautifully. When all of us here at Elite Sound and Cinema think of RBH Sound, we think of performance, integrity and value.

NAD Electronics

NAD entered the audio industry over 30 years ago. In 1972, NAD (originally an acronym for New Acoustic Dimension) set out to create a new kind of audio company. They were a group composed of audio-industry veterans: manufacturers, retailers, distributors and, above all, listeners. They were driven by passion for great sound, and by the desire to cut through the marketing hype that had become pervasive in the audio industry. They wanted to provide what people really wanted instead of what they were being sold. NAD is known in the industry as being the best bang for the buck, or the best value. A lot of people have never heard of NAD. That’s because the company chooses to put their money into their products, and not so much into advertising. Unlike a lot of mass-merchant companies who might advertise in “Car and Driver” or “Cosmo” magazines, NAD only advertises in audio and theater related magazines. This keeps their overhead down, thus saving you money. NAD also chooses to build their products for functionality and performance, instead of including tons of bells and whistles you will never use. That’s where their motto comes into play: performance, value, and simplicity.
