Warranty

At Elite Sound and Cinema, we’re proud to say that we offer one of the best warranties in the business! We know how much your home-theater means to you, and we want to keep you as a customer. That’s why we offer a 5-year product warranty to help secure your new investment. The terms of our warranty are based off the terms of typical manufacturers’ warranties. If a product fails and needs to be replaced but is no longer available, your product will be replaced with a like-quality product. Due to technology advancements, your replacement may not cost as much as the product you originally purchased — however, you are guaranteed a product of equal or greater quality and performance.
This warranty covers products only. Any labor that we perform for you is covered for as long as you own your house.
If a product fails and need to be repaired or replaced under warranty, the customer will be responsible for the labor to remove and replace the product and any shipping that occurs to send the unit back to the manufacturer for repair. If the client does not have the original packaging, he/she will be responsible for providing adequate packaging prior to shipping — otherwise, Elite Sound and Cinema will not be responsible for shipping damage if it occurs.
This warranty does not cover any damages caused by misuse, neglect or acts of God.
This warranty is intended for the original purchaser only; this is a non-transferable warranty.
If a warranted product is found to have been damaged through misuse, neglect, or some other cause outside the coverage of this warranty, then the customer will become liable for any diagnosis and repair fees.
This warranty does not cover any wearable items, i.e.; lamps
or bulbs.
This warranty is valid under the terms described in this contract as long as Elite Sound and Cinema is in business.
This warranty starts on the date the product is purchased regardless of when the warranty was purchased.
Elite Sound and Cinema shall not be responsible for keeping a copy of the warranty document. This responsibility falls on that of the customer; with out this document the warranty may not be valid.

Elite Sound and Cinema has the pleasure of designing the 2008 make a wish concept home for the third year in a row. The home is being built by one of Tulsa’s finest builders, Willcut Properties. Two members of Elite Sound and Cinema’s installation team recently completed 5 days of training in Dallas, TX. Two of these days were spent in ISF training, instructed by Joel Silver, President of the Imaging Sciences Foundation. Two days were spent learning acoustical concepts from Gary Lemay, President of the Home Acoustics Alliance. One day was spent training in RF transmission. Elite Sound and Cinema has also made a major investment in calibration equipment to ensure our customers have their audio and video equipment tuned to and operating by reference standards.
